Loving conversations, arguments, music that we enjoy, music we hate, the sound of the police siren…. They are all forms of vibration that are felt by the whole body, not just heard with the ears. Our physical and emotional bodies are also made up of vibration. From the heart beat, to the tingling in the fingers.
